Job Summary
Act as the main point of contact for Chase Private Client clients and other customers in the Branch. Manage banking relationships through an advice-based approach, ensuring clients receive the best products and services for their needs. Partner with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with specialists for specialized financial needs. Enhance client convenience by promoting self-service options available 24/7, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The role emphasizes building lasting relationships, acquiring new clients through referrals, and delivering education and tailored financial guidance to help clients optimize their money and lives.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses required or must be completed within 180 days
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
