Job Summary
Private Client Banker at Chase Branch responsible for managing affluent client relationships and cross-selling banking solutions. Deliver attentive, consultative service while educating clients on technology (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com) and connecting them to a team of specialists. Build trust through effective communication, understand client needs, solicit referrals, and ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements. Leverage experience in financial services sales to acquire and deepen client relationships, drive growth in balances, and provide a welcoming branch experience. Requires ability to work in-branch with weekend/evening hours and pursue required licenses within 180 days.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMorganChase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire, with study materials and support provided
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
