Job Summary
Private Client Banker in Branch Banking is the main point of contact for Chase’s affluent clients, managing complete banking relationships with an advice-based approach, helping clients access products and services, and partnering with Specialists to address specialized needs. Responsibilities include actively managing client relationships, driving growth, soliciting referrals, promoting self-service options, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting long-term client satisfaction. Key skills include relationship development, communication, and collaboration with mortgage, advisory, and business teams to connect clients with experts and to expand client balances.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services
- SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses required or must be completed within 180 days of starting
- Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
