Job Summary
Private Client Banker in Branch Banking serving a select group of Chase’s affluent clients and other customers, managing their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, partnering with Specialists to connect clients to experts, and promoting self-service options to access accounts 24/7. Role emphasizes relationship-building, referrals, regulatory adherence, and delivering tailored financial education and product recommendations to meet clients' needs. Requires ability to work with a team, meet branch hours including weekends/evenings, and compliance with banking regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Beginning Oct. 1, 2018, if not currently registered, the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses are required - or must be completed within 180 days of starting the role
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
- This position is subject to Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements for Loan Originators
- NMLS registration/update and timely renewal as required
