Job Summary
Private Client Banker in Branch Banking serves a select group of Chase’s affluent clients, managing their banking relationship with an advice-based approach, collaborating with Specialists to connect customers with experts for specialized needs, and facilitating self-service options to access accounts 24/7 while adhering to regulatory requirements. Key duties include acquiring new clients via referrals, maintaining relationships for revenue growth, and supporting a high level of customer service and education tailored to financial needs.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses or must be completed within 180 days of starting the role
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008; commitment to register/update
- Discretionary knowledge of regulatory requirements and bank policies
