Job Summary
Manage complete banking relationships for affluent clients through an advice-based approach, actively soliciting referrals and developing internal and external sources to generate balance growth. Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients by ensuring they receive the best products and services, while partnering with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs. Make lives more convenient by setting up self-service options for 24/7 account access and adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. This role requires 1+ year of Branch Banking experience, including success in new client acquisition and revenue generation. You must complete the SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, and relevant state registrations within 180 days of starting, along with NMLS registration under the SAFE Act. Work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
