Private Client Banker in Mount Laurel Branch builds and manages banking relationships for affluent clients, delivers advice-based education and tailored financial solutions, collaborates with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with specialists, and drives new client acquisition while providing convenient self-service options and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam
- FINRA Series 6/7
- state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses (or must be successfully completed within 180 days of starting the role)
- Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
