Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in Financial Services sales with proven success in acquiring new clients, deepening relationships, and revenue generation
- Excellent communication skills in person and over the phone
- Ability to tailor features and benefits of products and services to clients with differing needs
- Ability to resolve client issues quickly and effectively with attention to detail
- Operate within risk parameters/tolerances and meet risk/compliance obligations including completion of required training
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses through JPMorganChase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
