Required Qualifications
- High school degree or GED
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam
- FINRA Series 6
- state registration (including 63 if required)
- Life licenses (minimum requirements)
- NMLS registration requirements under SAFE Act (post-hire registration and annual renewal)
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in Financial Services sales
- proven ability to acquire new clients, deepen relationships, and generate revenue
- ability to tailor features and benefits of products/services to clients with differing needs
- ability to resolve client issues quickly and effectively
- compliance with risk parameters and training requirements

- Criminal conviction history review as part of Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements; felony conviction within last seven years disqualifies
