Job Summary

Private Client Banker focuses on the entire client relationship with a plan-based approach to financial advice, delivering and referring appropriate financial solutions to clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Responsibilities include listening for financial wellness opportunities, delivering customized recommendations, developing a referral pipeline, prospecting, maintaining knowledge of private client products, opening personal and business accounts, collaborating with branch teammates and partners, ensuring compliance, and supporting branch operations. The role requires in-person activity at the Enfield, CT branch, engagement in client conversations to meet financial wellness goals, and a willingness to participate in occasional Saturday duties.

Required Qualifications

  • Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required) or Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • License/Certification: FINRA S6 Upon Hire (required)
  • License/Certification: FINRA S63 Upon Hire (required)
  • License/Certification: FINRA SIE Upon Hire (required)
  • License/Certification: Life and Health Insurance Licenses Upon Hire (required)
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services; ability to build relationships with high-net-worth clients; experience in insurance and investment product referrals; familiarity with compliance and documentation requirements; ability to open personal and business accounts; ability to collaborate with internal partners (Key Investment Services, Mortgage, Business Banking).
