Job Summary
Assess clients' financial needs and deliver customized financial wellness recommendations by gathering data, identifying products, and referring appropriate solutions to investment, insurance, and business banking professionals. Open personal and business accounts, manage client transactions on the teller line, and build referral pipelines through prospecting and developing partnerships with internal centers of influence. Consistently attain sales and referral goals while ensuring compliance with operational procedures and attending daily huddles. Requires a FINRA S6 license, valid driver's license, and ability to work Saturdays; base pay ranges from $25.00 to $38.46 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals and building referral sources in insurance and investment products
- Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking
- Interpersonal interaction skills and an ability to build rapport in matter of minutes
- Demonstrated experience with influencing business partners and leveraging centers of influence
- Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel, etc.)
- Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key
- FINRA License S6 Upon Hire

- FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) Upon Hire
- Life and Health Insurance Licenses Upon Hire
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to routinely and frequently operate a motor vehicle
- Must be available to work on Saturdays as directed by management
