Job Summary
Manage a select group of affluent clients as the main point of contact, utilizing a proactive, advice-based approach to generate balance growth and share the value of Chase Private Client. Actively solicit referrals and develop internal and external sources to acquire new clients while partnering with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs. Make lives more convenient by setting up self-service options for 24/7 account access and ensure compliance with regulatory banking requirements, policies, and procedures. Adhere to Dodd Frank and Truth in Lending Act qualification requirements, including NMLS registration, and work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
