Job Summary
Private Client Banker in Branch Banking serves as the main point of contact for a select group of Chase’s affluent clients, managing the complete banking relationship and proactively generating growth. The role involves advising clients on appropriate products and services, partnering with specialists (Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, Business Relationship Managers) to connect clients with experts, promoting self-service options for 24/7 access, and ensuring adherence to regulatory banking requirements. A successful candidate demonstrates relationship-focused growth, can acquire new clients, and supports clients with financial needs through education and tailored guidance.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses are required - or must be successfully completed within 180 days of starting the role
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
- Note: Plus there is a preference for college degree or military equivalent

- Experience cultivating relationships with affluent clients
- Strong team orientation with a commitment of long-term career with the firm
- Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act of 2008
- Upon active employment, registration or updating NMLS as necessary to reflect employment
- Continued compliance with SAFE Act, including annual renewal and required updates
