Job Summary
Private Client Banker at Chase Harbor Shops Branch in Fort Lauderdale, FL, delivering hospitality-driven banking solutions to affluent clients and managing complete banking relationships. Responsibilities include proactively acquiring new clients through referrals, educating clients on technology (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs), advising on products and services through a consultative approach, collaborating with a team of experts to address complex financial needs, and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Strong relationship-building, effective communication, and ability to operate within risk parameters are essential. Requires high school degree and relevant licenses (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registrations, Life licenses) with licensing support provided within 180 days of hire; availability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements
- All unlicensed applicants must obtain their licenses through JPMorganChase’s licensing program within 180 days of hire
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in Financial Services sales with proven success in acquiring new clients, deepening relationships, and revenue generation
