Job Summary
Private Client Banker in a Chase Branch delivers relationship-driven banking for affluent clients, managing a comprehensive banking relationship, coordinating with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers to connect clients with specialists, and encouraging use of self-service channels to enhance accessibility and satisfaction. Responsibilities include acquiring new clients via referrals, maintaining compliant banking practices, and expanding client relationships through advisory-based service and outcome-focused product recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses required starting Oct. 1, 2018 - or must be completed within 180 days of starting
- Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
