Job Summary
Private Client Banker manages the banking relationship for a select group of Chase’s affluent clients, acquiring new clients through referrals and internal/external sources; partners with Specialists to connect clients with experts for specialized needs; educates clients on self-service options and accessible 24/7 access; adheres to banking policies and regulatory requirements; requires relationship-building, strong communication, and a long-term career orientation with the firm.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses are required or must be completed within 180 days of starting
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
Additional Requirements
- Felony conviction within the last seven years will disqualify from consideration
- National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act required upon active employment, with ongoing compliance and annual renewals
