Job Summary
Private Client Banker in Fitchburg Branch manages relationships with Chase's affluent clients using an advice-based approach, partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts, actively solicits referrals, and helps clients access self-service options while adhering to regulatory banking requirements. The role emphasizes relationship-building, education and advice tailored to clients’ financial needs, and collaboration across internal teams to grow client balances. The position requires the ability to work weekends/evenings and to meet licensing and regulatory prerequisites, including SIE/Series 6/7 and state registrations.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (63/66 if required) and Life licenses required or must be completed within 180 days of starting the role
- Compliance with DoddFrank/Truth in Lending Act
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
