Job Summary
Manage the complete banking relationship for a select group of affluent clients by actively soliciting referrals and utilizing an advice-based approach to generate growth in their balances. Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients, ensuring each receives the best products and services through partnerships with Specialists for specialized needs. Make lives more convenient by sharing and setting up self-service options for 24/7 account access while adhering to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements. This role requires 1+ year of Branch Banking experience in new client acquisition and relationship cultivation. Beginning Oct. 1, 2018, the Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration, and Life licenses are required or must be completed within 180 days of starting.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
