The role emphasizes growth in balances, new client acquisition, and ongoing revenue generation, with a requirement to meet licensing and registration standards (SIE, FINRA Series 6/7, state licenses, NMLS) and to work flexible banking hours including weekends and some evenings. Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act*
