Job Summary
Manage the complete banking relationship for a select group of affluent clients and other branch customers using an advice-based approach to generate growth in balances. Actively solicit referrals and develop internal and external sources to acquire new clients. Partner with Specialists such as Private Client Advisors and Mortgage Bankers to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs. Share self-service options to make lives more convenient, ensuring 24/7 account access. Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements including Dodd Frank and Truth in Lending Act. Requires 1+ year Branch Banking experience, SIE, FINRA Series 6/7, and Life licenses. Work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
