Job Summary
Manage complete banking relationships for affluent clients through an advice-based approach, generating growth in balances while actively soliciting referrals and developing internal and external sources. Share the value of Chase Private Client with eligible clients, partnering with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs. Make lives more convenient by setting up self-service options for 24/7 account access and ensuring compliance with all regulatory banking requirements. Requires 1+ year of Branch Banking experience, relevant licenses including SIE, Series 6/7, and state registrations, plus ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
