Job Summary
Private Client Banker in Branch Banking responsible for managing a select group of Chase’s affluent clients, proactively growing balances, acquiring new clients through referrals, and coordinating with Specialists to connect clients with experts. Responsibilities include advising clients on products and services, enabling 24/7 self-service access, adhering to regulatory banking requirements, and delivering value-based relationship management to deepen client relationships. The role emphasizes education and advice tailored to clients’ financial needs, collaboration with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers, and Business Relationship Managers, and ongoing compliance with banking and lending regulations.
Required Qualifications
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services
- SIE exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses required or must be completed within 180 days
- Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act
