Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam and FINRA Series 6/7 (or must complete within 180 days of starting)
- state registration (63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses as applicable
- Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act requirements
- NMLS registration requirement under SAFE Act (must register or update upon active employment)
- ability to work varied branch hours including weekends and some evenings
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
