Requires 1+ year banking/financial services experience in acquiring and maintaining relationships, bilingual English/Russian, and relevant licenses/exams (SIE, FINRA Series 6/7, state licenses) with willingness to complete them within 180 days. Must work branch hours including weekends; high school degree or GED required; preferred College degree or military equivalent; emphasis on excellent communication, relationship-building, compliance, and a long-term career with JPMorgan Chase.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- SIE exam and FINRA Series 6/7 (or must be completed within 180 days of starting)
- state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses
- Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act compliance
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
- Bilingual in English and Russian required
- Knowledge of regulatory banking requirements and self-service options
- College degree or military equivalent (preferred)
- Experience cultivating relationships with affluent clients
