Job Summary
Manage complete banking relationships for affluent clients and general customers by sharing Chase Private Client value, utilizing an advice-based approach to generate balance growth, and actively soliciting referrals. Partner with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized needs and enhance convenience through 24/7 self-service setup. Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements including Dodd Frank and Truth in Lending Act compliance. Requires 1+ year branch banking experience, relevant licenses such as SIE and Series 6/7, and ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success using a value-added, relationship-oriented approach to acquire and deepen client relationships
- 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
- Securities Industry Essential (SIE) exam, FINRA Series 6/7, state registration (including 63 or 66 if required) and Life licenses
- Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
- High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings
