Job Summary
Private Client Advisor responsible for meeting quarterly and annual sales quotas through use of Trucordia sales/marketing tools, conducting cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations to close new business. Manages a book of business to support high renewal rates, collaborates with Client Service to analyze renewal and place new accounts, and follows Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices. Requires a State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License, a 4-year degree in a related field, 2-5 years in insurance sales, and proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce. Strong analytics and communication skills emphasized; comprehensive employee benefits are offered.
Required Qualifications
- State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License
- 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related area of study
- 2-5 years in an insurance sales role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce
