Job Summary
Meets monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas by leveraging Trucordia sales tools to conduct cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations that close new business; manages a book of business to support high renewal rates; collaborates with Client Service to analyze renewal and place new accounts; follows established sales methodologies and utilizes (Salesforce) tools for sales management; subject-matter expert in area of focus to drive long-term success; requires a valid state-issued Property & Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer license and a 4-year degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or related field, plus 2-5 years of insurance sales experience; offered benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, FSA/HSA, and more.
