Job Summary
Private Client Advisor focused on converting leads into clients through exceptional onboarding and premier advisory services in citizenship/residency planning. Responsibilities include raising awareness with potential clients and intermediaries, researching and preparing impactful meetings, qualifying prospects with initial due-diligence checks, collaborating with Relationship Managers to deliver a world-class client experience, achieving high conversion rates and sales targets, expanding the contact database, maintaining industry knowledge, and recording detailed notes in CRM. Requires strong communication in English and Japanese, ability to engage with high-net-worth individuals, and a consultative, data-informed approach to tailored solutions. Collaborative, innovative, and client-centric mindset with proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing, or related disciplines
- Masters or advanced degrees considered an advantage
- +3 years of customer-facing sales experience in investment, insurance, private banking, wealth management, real-estate or recruitment
- Knowledge and experience with HNWIs is highly appreciated
- Multilingual and territorial-specific experience is considered an advantage
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Japanese
- Collaborative approach to build positive relationships and influence others
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, including tact and diplomacy
- Strong research and strategic analysis skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Ability to gather data and provide accurate client analysis for tailored solution
