Job Summary
Lead client acquisition, deepen relationships, and build internal/external networks to achieve business development goals. Manage the Client Process Management Process to identify opportunities, source new clients aligned with risk appetite, and deliver a branded client experience. Develop in-depth understanding of client needs and wealth strategies, advocating as a trusted advisor for integrated recommendations including wealth structuring and asset management. Encourage digital capability adoption and collaborate with internal partners to influence and close business. Ensure client retention while driving new business for the $3MM++ target segment. Requires Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses; 12+ years in private banking or complex financial services. 1st shift, 40 hours/week, Cleveland, OH.
Required Qualifications
- Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66)
- 12+ years of private banking and/or complex financial services experience or equivalent financial services/business experience
- Ability to drive new business development for target client segment ($3MM++ investable assets)
- Ability to present to clients a holistic approach, leveraging the entire Private Bank platform
- High touch, client-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Leader who recognizes opportunities for client engagement and proactively acts upon them for the betterment of the client
- Ability to influence; proactively asks for and closes business
- Solutions oriented; sales and financial aptitude a must
- Must be a skilled negotiator
- Ability to work with and identify the need for team specialists; collaborate closely with other team members
- Takes on a leadership role on the team and within the business community
- Must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing pursuant to SAFE Act requirements
- Must submit to the required SAFE Act background check
