Job Summary
Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' needs, preferences, and overall wealth strategy to provide best-in-class service to corporate executives. Lead the Client Management Process within the team to deepen existing relationships and deliver a branded client experience through integrated recommendations including wealth structuring, credit facilities, banking, and asset management. Advocate for clients as trusted advisors while encouraging the adoption of digital capabilities to enhance the client and team experience. Build relationships with internal and external partners to identify opportunities for client engagement and close business. This role requires SAFE Act registration for residential mortgage loan originations and involves high-touch client-focused leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to present to clients a holistic approach, leveraging the entire Private Bank platform
- High touch, client-focused individual with exceptional interpersonal skills
- Leader who recognizes opportunities for client engagement and proactively acts upon them for the betterment of the client
- Ability to influence; proactively asks for and closes business
- Solutions oriented; sales and financial aptitude a must
- Must be a skilled negotiator
- Ability to work with and identify the need for team specialists; collaborate closely with other team members
- Takes on a leadership role on the team and within the business community
- Must be able to register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing pursuant to SAFE Act requirements
- Must be able to submit to the required SAFE Act background check
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or Post-Graduate Degree
- CFP, CPA, CFA, CTFA, CFM or JD a significant plus
