Job Summary
Create effective, compelling visual designs for packaging ranging from concept to production, managing projects from start to finish while ensuring specifications and handoffs are met. Understand competitive landscape trends and possess expert knowledge of substrate, printing processes, and die-lines to produce mock-ups and final assets. Adhere to branding guidelines, color theory, and composition standards while assisting in quality control checks for art files. Serve as the prime communicator between cross-functional teams, suppliers, and stakeholders regarding improvements and deadlines. Submit a portfolio with packaging design and production samples, including print packaging production examples, for immediate consideration. This temporary role offers onsite or remote work with a creative design team based in Bentonville, AR.

- A portfolio with packaging design and production samples
- Savvy with Mac products
- Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Microsoft Outlook Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-driven
