Private Brands Coordinator

Job Summary
Collaborate with Senior Directors, DVPs, and store partners to drive Private Brands sales metrics and execute specialized selling strategies. Lead event planning for corporate launches, brand promotions, and virtual gatherings while conducting business analysis using Power BI to identify location-specific opportunities. Host training seminars to empower staff on product knowledge and merchandise execution, then accompany central partners on store visits to provide customer and operational insights. Communicate execution priorities and feedback on assortment, pricing, and fit to Division and store leadership teams. Requires 4–5 days of travel, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
- 1-2 years of management experience with demonstrated merchandising skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including night and weekend hours, based upon store/company business needs and scheduled events
- Flexible with scheduling based on marketing calendar and events
- Travel is required, up to 50% for Private Brand Coordinators or 4 to 5 days a week, prioritizing home stores
- Heavy lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands
- Involves standing for at least two consecutive hours
- Lifting at least 30 lbs
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders
- Ability to reach above eye level
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
