Job Summary
Conduct private and small group basketball lessons tailored to each student's ability and learning style. Create custom training plans, assess skills, monitor progress, and adapt instruction to meet individual needs. Travel safely to client locations in your chosen radius, ensuring student safety at all times. Maintain communication with parents or caregivers regarding student progress. Deliver a fun, comprehensive, and tracked learning experience while providing your own training equipment. Set your own schedule and choose the number of clients you work with, with prompt payment within 24 hours post-lesson.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in providing basketball instruction or coaching to students of any age
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children
- Confidence in working independently
- Provision of your own basketball training equipment
