Job Summary
Conduct private and small group basketball lessons, creating custom training plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style. Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet individual needs while ensuring safety at all times. Travel to client locations in your chosen radius, maintaining communication with parents or caregivers regarding development. Provide a fun, comprehensive, and tracked learning experience while delivering your own training equipment. Set your own schedule and select the number of clients you work with, with prompt payment issued within 24 hours post-lesson.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience in providing basketball instruction or coaching to students of any age
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills
- Energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children
- Confidence in working independently
- Provision of your own basketball training equipment
