Job Summary
Support Private Bankers and the Wealth Management/Private Banking division as the primary contact for service-related needs, handling daily client transactions, inquiries, and requests (e.g., opening/closing accounts, credit draws/ Pay downs, card requests, IRAs). Deliver high-quality client service, identify sales opportunities for bankers and product partners, and provide administrative support (letter/memo prep, filing, data entry, spreadsheets). Requires strong communication, relationship-building, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; 2+ years in private banking sales/service preferred; HS diploma required (associates preferred). Hybrid work model applies; base salary in the stated range plus benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associates degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of sales and service experience in a private banking setting preferred
- Strong attention to operational policies and procedures
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Ability to establish and maintain effective work relationships both internally and externally
