Job Summary
Private Banking Executive role in Zurich (12-month fixed-term contract) supporting Private Banker/Wealth Manager with client onboarding, relationship management, and portfolio support. Responsibilities include coordinating client information, contracts and reports, coordinating schedules, processing transactions and inquiries, preparing market insights and portfolio performance reports, ensuring compliance with KYC/AML and data security protocols, and guiding client-facing activities. Requires experience in private banking/wealth management, knowledge of banking products and risk/compliance practices, strong organizational and communication skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client-focused services.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Private Banking/Wealth Management
- Strong client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of banking products and operations
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including KYC/AML
- Ability to prepare and present reports and insights
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with standard PC applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
