Private Banking Credit Operations Analyst

Job Summary
Manage the credit documentation lifecycle by preparing files, liaising with internal legal for drafting, verifying signatures, scanning, and filing. Collaborate with Lending Advisors, Credit Risk Executives, and external counsel to ensure transactions are accurate, compliant with regulatory requirements, and tailored for Ultra High Net Worth clients. Support process improvement by mapping end-to-end documentation flows, conducting root cause analysis, and developing automation solutions using tools like Alteryx, Python, and UiPath. Assist the Credit Underwriting team in managing facilities for Asia Private Banking clients. Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance required with at least one year of experience in Credit Risk or Lending.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in Credit Risk or Lending in a financial institution
- Strong analytical skills with capability to use qualitative and quantitative tools to analyze complex financial situations
- Strong presentation and communication (written/verbal) skills
- High level of attention to detail with good time management
- Teamwork ethic and focus; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good organizational skills and ability to work with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets and understanding of risk measures
- Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Model solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Hands on knowledge of credit documentation preparation
- Knowledge and/or experience of KYC and cross-border regulatory issues
- Good understanding of Private Banking credit products, financial markets, and the securities industry
- Proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Python, Unqork, UiPath
