Job Summary
Private Banking Associate provides client servicing and operational support to the Private Banking Team; proactively follow up with clients to maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction; coordinate strategic planning initiatives and business development opportunities for the organization; collaborate with various departments to organize client recognition and prospecting events for Wealth Management; assist in new prospect research, planning, and event coordination; perform duties of the Private Banking Manager in their absence; interact with multiple departments to achieve sales goals and maintain customer loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance, or two or more years related experience in the financial services industry with high net-worth clients preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
