Job Summary
Private Banking Assistant Banking Officer will work with Private & Professional Banking clients to facilitate loan requests up to $5MM, handling the entire process from loan application through closing across commercial, retail, and consumer loans. Responsibilities include collecting loan information, preparing disclosures, assisting with sales efforts and cross-selling bank products, coordinating loan closings with clients, attorneys, and real estate professionals, submitting loan requests to processing/underwriting, quoting rates and closing costs, and ensuring compliance with TRID guidelines. Requires 2-3 years of sales and banking experience, Notary Public, and familiarity with loan systems, banking products, and MS Office; may require SAFE Act registration. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship is available.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 yrs Sales & Customer Service skills required
- 2-3 yrs Banking experience in processing retail and / or commercial loans required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and internet applications required
- Notary Public required
- NMLS registration may be required*
