Job Summary
Initiate contacts for developing and closing new business while cultivating relationships with company officials, attorneys, and accountants. Collaborate across business lines including investments, mortgage, and trust services to deliver full spectrum products. Complete financial profiles, analyze customer needs, and prepare proposals to recommend appropriate services. Perform presentations with prospects, cross-sell Northwest offerings, and provide periodic training to retail and department personnel. Monitor client accounts, review financial markets daily, and ensure compliance with FINRA/SEC regulations. Meet and exceed annual production guidelines while navigating department software to maximize efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree Finance / related degree preferred
- 6 - 8 years relevant experience

- Life/Acc/Health In relevant states Upon Hire
- Series 63 In relevant states Upon Hire
- Series 65 In relevant states Upon Hire
- Series 66 In relevant states Upon Hire

- Knowledge of the securities industry, investment and insurance products and services
- Knowledge of private banking products and services, including credit processes and policies
- Ability to effectively present investment strategies to clients and maintains a holistic approach to planning
- Strong relationship management, sales and new business skills
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze financial data
- Knowledge of mutual funds, stocks and bonds
- Knowledge of investment markets, general economic fundamentals and available products and services
- Knowledge of Custodian Accounts
- Knowledge of Financial Planning
- Knowledge in Investments, IRA's and Estates
- Knowledge of Fiduciary, ERISA and brokerage account types
- Knowledge of Private Banking products
