Job Summary
Private Banker II builds and actively manages an existing portfolio of personal and business deposit, wealth management and loan relationships for high-net-worth clients; initiates and closes cross-selling opportunities, develops long-term client relationships, analyzes financial statements and tax returns, ensures loan compliance with policy, coordinates with Digital Banking, and supports client satisfaction and retention through advisory solutions and referrals. Applies strong financial analysis, credit underwriting, and product knowledge across wealth management services, including investments, banking, and trust concepts, to drive deposits, loan growth, and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining service excellence and regulatory compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with exposure to Accounting or Finance courses required
- 2+ years of banking or management experience required
- Pursuant to SAFE Act, all Private Client Managers must maintain active NMLS registration; if not active at hire, must attain active registration upon employment
