Job Summary
Develop and manage relationships with high-net-worth clients, professionals, and business owners through personalized, consultative approaches. Generate new business via networking, referrals, and community involvement while delivering customized deposit, lending, and financial solutions. Partner with Wealth Management, Commercial Banking, Treasury Management, Mortgage, and Retail Banking teams to provide comprehensive services. Build credibility within the Lancaster County community and meet production goals for deposits, wealth referrals, lending, and relationship growth. Maintain a high-touch service model to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of banking, private banking, commercial banking, wealth management, or related financial services experience
- Proven sales and business development success, including the ability to self-generate leads and build new relationships in a developing market
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills
- Established connections within the Lancaster County community
- Ability to work independently, make sound business decisions, and manage complex client relationships
- Commitment to community involvement and professional engagement
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and client focus
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in multiple areas of banking, such as retail banking, commercial banking, lending, wealth management, or treasury services
- Knowledge of lending, wealth management, and financial planning services
- Banking industry education
- Existing relationships with affluent clients, business owners, professionals, and community leaders
- Leadership roles within nonprofit, civic, or community organizations
