Job Summary
Build and deepen relationships with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and business owners throughout the Lehigh Valley market by leveraging existing networks and referral partners. Serve as a trusted banking partner to identify opportunities for deposit, lending, and other banking relationships while delivering highly personalized client experiences with exceptional responsiveness. Meet with clients face-to-face or virtually to understand financial needs and connect them with appropriate solutions, maintaining up-to-date expertise in DLP Bank's products and industry trends. This role requires 5+ years of financial services experience and operates within a fast-paced culture focused on developing leaders.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of financial services experience
- demonstrated experience working directly with high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and/or business owners
- Strong knowledge of banking products, services, and relationship management practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to provide highly responsive, personalized service and operate with a strong sense of urgency
Desired Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in private banking, commercial banking, business banking, or a related relationship management role
- Established relationships within the Lehigh Valley market and/or with relevant centers of influence
