Job Summary
Private Banker position in a Florida-based branch focusing on international private banking for Latin American high-net-worth individuals. Responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with existing and potential private banking customers, servicing client needs, analyzing investor profiles, coordinating with treasury/investment functions to provide investment management and execution services, monitoring portfolios within approved parameters, and ensuring accurate communications and documentation. Requires travel as needed, bilingual fluency (English and Spanish), and adherence to ethical/regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree (M.A., M.S. or M.B.A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to read, analyse, and interpret journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from internal customers.
- Ability to write reports and memoranda.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management, auditors, and/or head office.
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts and operations to such tasks as frequency distribution, determination of test reliability and validity, compute interest rates, ratios, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs.
- Must be able to speak, write and read English and Spanish fluently.
