Job Summary
Vice President Recruiter in Private Banking responsible for end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, staffing quality hires, proactive talent pipelining, and sourcing candidates through diverse channels. You will partner with hiring managers to map talent, manage requisitions, screen and interview candidates, present qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and own offer negotiation and approvals. You will service senior client groups with regular updates, manage escalations, and ensure a positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in a recruiter role (in-house or agency)
- Experience sourcing and pipelining talent
- Excellent client management skills
- Ability to build relationships and deliver a first-class candidate experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present recruiting activity to senior clients
- Ability to manage expectations and escalations
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
- Preferred: experience recruiting in financial services, Asset & Wealth Management
