Job Summary
Facilitate planning sessions (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives), coordinate governance and cabinet meetings, and maintain accurate initiative/epic data in Jira to support roadmap development. Track dependencies and partner across products and lines of business to ensure seamless delivery, monitor progress with objectives and key results, champion Jira best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met and solutions are delivered efficiently.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in product delivery, product management, project management, or a related domain
- Experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve productivity and efficiency
- Foundational knowledge of the product development life cycle, including planning, requirements definition
- Proficient with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in tracking milestones, dependencies, and progress
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
- Strong communication and presentation skills; effective collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
