Job Summary

Lead a team of private client advisors and managers to maintain and grow the bank's market share while serving as a bank ambassador to the business community. Execute market strategy with the Market Executive, oversee team performance, and coordinate deal pipelines to drive profitability and sustainable growth. Manage key business drivers including operational efficiencies, risk controls, and marketing initiatives to implement the enterprise Private Bank strategy in a market-specific manner. Champion inclusive environments, data-driven decision-making, and succession planning while coaching talent to resolve performance gaps. This role requires 10+ years of sales leadership experience, FINRA licenses (S7, S24, S66), and operates in the 1st shift at Bank of America's Melville location with a salary range of $210,000 to $307,200.

Required Qualifications

  • FINRA Licenses Required: S7, S24, S66 (OR S63 & S65)
  • Unlicensed candidates may be considered if willing to obtain licenses within a standard time frame of 90 days per exam after the first working day in this position
  • 10 or more years' of experience in delivering business results and driving responsible growth as a sales practitioner and/or sales leader
  • Deep understanding of high net worth clients' needs and solutions
  • Strong business judgment and decision making
  • Ability to attract, select, diagnose performance gaps to develop and retain talent
  • Deep and wide knowledge of Private Bank and enterprise capabilities with ability to work collaboratively to make connections, resolve issues & remove obstacles
  • Communicates in a clear and compelling manner with employees, clients, and enterprise partners (executive presence)
