Job Summary
Provide exceptional client service and flawless execution on client requests, inquiries, and transactions including money movement, security transfers, and loan transactions. Adhere to firm controls policies, FINRA regulations, and fraud prevention protocols while collaborating with client-facing teams and internal business groups to deliver seamless service. Review and identify potential business opportunities for clients to engage in additional products. Maintain primary contact for all service needs within the Private Banking Global Families Group, requiring Mandarin fluency and Series 7/63 licenses. Work standard hours aligned to Newark, DE or Tempe, AZ locations.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Securities Industry Essentials license
- Series 7 license
- Series 63 license
- Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook
- Fluency in Mandarin
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work the standard hours aligned to their assigned location: Newark, DE (ET) 12:00 PM–9:00 PM or Tempe, AZ (MST) 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday
