Job Summary
Client Service Associate in the Private Bank Global Families Group to deliver exceptional client service and seamless execution of client requests. You will serve as the primary contact for service-related needs, process money movement, security transfers, and loan transactions, collaborate with advisors, product partners, and operations teams, adhere to controls and FINRA regulations, protect client assets, and identify opportunities to engage clients with additional products and services.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered but must obtain licenses within 90 days
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook
