Job Summary
Senior fixed income specialist for JPMorgan Chase Asset & Wealth Management's U.S. Private Bank, covering a designated U.S. region (e.g., South, Midwest, West, or Southeast) with 200–500 advisors, traveling ~1–2 weeks/year to client events; lead events and meetings on managed fixed income portfolios, author market content and implementation guides, educate advisors, and collaborate with global Fixed Income Strategy/Manager Selection teams to drive long-term fixed income flows and insights; role emphasizes translating complex fixed income concepts into advisor-ready content, delivering presentations from one-on-one advisor conversations to national meetings, and maintaining deep client relationships.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of fixed income experience in direct investing, client portfolio management, fixed income thought leadership, or a specialist/advisory capacity at an Asset Management firm, Wealth Manager, Investment Bank, or Institutional Investor
- Deep familiarity with managed accounts, SMAs, mutual funds, and both active and passive managers
- Technical fluency across fixed income markets including rates, credit, municipals, and multi-sector strategies
- Experience with Active ETFs and alternative fixed income structures is a plus
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Demonstrated ability to author high-quality written content including strategy notes, implementation guides, and market commentary
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and digital content creation tools
- Sales, Marketing & Relationship Management experience in wealth/asset management contexts
- Ability to identify and convert opportunities while maintaining advisor/client relationships
